Filament is a firm offering niche services in the space of workplace branding and communications. It was founded by alumni from XLRI in the month of Oct 2009, catering to this drastic need of Human Resources. The team constitutes of HR professionals with prior experienced with leading HR consulting firms like Ernst & Young & Hewitt.

Our current portfolio of clients include HSBC, Nokia, Nestle, Puma, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Axis Bank etc. We are currently expanding operations with more clients and interesting assignments.



Job Description :
• The work profile would include a spectrum of communication needs across Communication campaigns, On-boarding Kits, Recruitment Brochures, Career Websites, Corporate Videos, Campus Presentations and branding/recruitment campaigns across print and digital mediums etc.
• We are a start-up and life is always exciting! Your work will involve designing campaigns with industry professionals as well as with huge brands.

Desired skills :
We are seeking creative blood with a wild imagination and a beautiful sense of art. We are looking for candidates with graduate degrees in design from premiere design schools like NID, IDC, Srishti, MIT, IIT Guwahati etc

We would require the candidate to be :
• Well versed in fundamentals of visual communication and design
• Well versed in platforms like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Really good at illustrations (a history in fine arts would really help)
• Knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver, Premiere would be a welcome extra!
